My journalism journey includes various forms of media, from social media to podcasting and article writing. In my sophomore year of college, I started a podcast called 'Comic Comedians.' It's a fun show where I chat with guests about all things related to comic books. I've been lucky enough to have actors, writers, and influencers on as guests, making the experience a fun time. I handle the editing myself, and the podcast is available on all major platforms.

 

My interest in content creation dates back to my childhood, but I started doing it seriously during the 2020 pandemic. I decided to post frequently on social media, and since then, I've gained a following of over 300 thousand people across various platforms. On my social media accounts, I share my knowledge and passion for comic books, movies, and TV shows. Plus, I keep people in the loop with the latest in entertainment news.

 

In May 2022, I got the opportunity to write for 'The Nerd Initiative,' a website dedicated to all things nerdy. I've written pieces on diverse topics, such as LGBTQ+ representation in comic books and the significance of indie comic book companies, along with many others. I'm still actively contributing to them, and it's been my closest taste of real-world journalism experience thus far.
